The Academy has graduated 274 high achieving youth from 60 counties across the state as well as students from Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina.

The mission of the Wildlife Leadership Academy is to engage and empower high school age youth to become Conservation Ambassadors to ensure a sustained wildlife, fisheries and natural resource legacy for future generations. The Academy is a cooperative initiative involving state agencies and conservation organizations and is administered by the Pennsylvania Institute for Conservation Education, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
